Funding for the Harmony House Program is provided through the generous support of the following organizations:
Cobb Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Office
The CDBG Program Office provides programmatic and financial oversight grant administration and management of HUD, DOJ, DHS, and FEMA funds awarded to Cobb County. They are responsible for planning, implementation, and management of day to day operations for these grant programs. Their office also provides technical assistance to funded agencies and organizations in areas such as community and housing development as well as homelessness assistance programs. The Harmony House Program receives funding from the following CDBG grant programs:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
- Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
- Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)
- Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP)
Turner Chapel AME Church
Turner Chapel AME Church provides office space, program space, and infrastructure for the Turner Hill Community Development Corporation and all of its programs, including the Harmony House Program office and Assessment Center.
Individual Support and Donations
Individual support is vital to the Harmony House Program and its success. Harmony House receives individual support through the generosity of individual contributors and through the commitment of volunteers.
